Both Gold Standard 100% Whey and Performance Whey are All-Whey blended proteins. They are both high quality complete proteins and will help with recovery when taken with balanced diet and an exercise regimen.The key difference between both the products is that Gold Standard 100% Whey has Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) as the primary protein source whereas for Performance Whey it is Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC). Performance Whey is little more affordable as well but comes only in one flavor-Chocolate. Gold Standard 100% Whey come in more than 8 flavours. As mentioned, they are both whey based and are sources of high-quality complete protein. Which one is better for you depends on your requirements.
